The sudden death of a loved one can be especially difficult. We can help you, your family, friends and the community begin to heal with our counseling and bereavement programs.
Grief groups are designed to provide you support after the loss of someone important to you. Grieving is a uniquely personal experience and many people find comfort, hope and strength by coming together with others to remember loved ones. While grief is a highly-individualized experience, participation in a support group often helps the healing begin. We try to keep these groups small, 10 people so that everyone can fully participate and benefit from the sessions.
