Clearwater — Larry J. Feinman, D.O., FACOS, Chief Medical Officer of HCA West Florida Division, recently joined Suncoast Hospice Foundation’s Board of Trustees. Dr. Feinman has held his position as CMO since 2012. He is dual Board Certified in both General Surgery and Vascular Surgery, is a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons and has authored a number of scientific publications. In July, 2010, Feinman was awarded the Thomas Frist, MD Humanitarian Award and in August 2012, the Central Pinellas Chamber of Commerce presented him with the Inspire Award. In December 2015, the Pinellas County Osteopathic Medical Society presented him with the Distinguished Service Award, and in April of 2016, he was chosen as the recipient of the Roger Schenke Award by the American Association for Physician Leadership. He currently serves on the Board of Governors of the Pinellas County Medical Association.
