Immersive dementia education for skilled-nursing, assisted-living and home health teams, including the Virtual Dementia Tour®, brought to your facility.

Free training for law enforcement, fire and EMS: recognize dementia, communicate clearly and de-escalate with confidence.

Virtual Dementia Tour®.
An immersive educational experience designed to help people better understand some of the physical and cognitive challenges associated with dementia.
Caregiver workshops.
Practical, plain-language sessions on communication, changes in behavior, safety at home and taking care of yourself while you care for someone else.
Caregiver support groups.
A regular place to talk with people who understand the experience, guided by Empath's specially trained team. Come once or come every month.
Memory Cafés.
A welcoming gathering for people living with dementia and their caregivers together. No agenda, no pressure. Just connection and community, in select communities.
One-on-one guidance.
A personal conversation with a local team member about your situation, what exists in your community and a next step that fits your family.
Community education.
Presentations and training for organizations, congregations, libraries and neighbors who want to understand dementia and support the people living with it.
