Lakewood Ranch and West Palm Beach, FL — Empath Health is proud to announce the official affiliation with Trustbridge and its affiliates, including Hospice of Palm Beach County and Hospice by the Sea. This strategic partnership solidifies Empath Health’s position as the largest not-for-profit post-acute care organization in Florida, dedicated to providing Full Life Care to the community.

With this affiliation, Empath Health will serve 1 in 5 Floridians receiving hospice care, extending its service area from Ocala to Naples and now across the state to Palm Beach. Empath will now care for 5,000 hospice patients daily, supported by 5,000 colleagues and 3,000 volunteers throughout Florida.

Jonathan Fleece, President and CEO of Empath Health, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, stating, “This affiliation marks a significant milestone in our mission to provide compassionate, comprehensive care to those in need.
