Dr. Sarkari you were my physician when you lived in Owensboro, KY. I also did some personal home improvement work at your house and worked with you on 6-5 Medical at Owensboro Medical Health system until 2012. I hope all is well with you, Paula and the kids.
I am reaching out to you in regards to the Hemiplegic Migraines that the ER intern diagnosed and then you were talking to experts that told you I couldn’t take imitrex, etc. and ultimately figured out a plan of treatment for me.
I mention the introductory in hopes that you remember who I am “Becki, 6-5 Medical”. I am Doctor Benjamin Keely’s patient now and he has no knowledge of the medical records for these Hemiplegic migraines. In 2018, Hemiplegic Migraines were classified as a rare disease and entered into the database of NORD (National Organization of Rare Diseases). No one knows were my records are from your office or the er visits when I call Medical Records. Medical Records at Owensboro medical Health Systems stated that it was federally and state mandated to delete all records prior to 2022. Hippa allowed to go back 20 years. I had a fire and do not have those records anymore. If you can remember your experience with me and the Hemiplegic Migraines would you mind to take the time to write a letter to Dr. Benjamin Keeley explaining my diagnosis and your gained knowledge in regards to this condition. You have become the expert now. I am proud of you. Please at least respond even if you cannot do what I ask, maybe you can give me some direction. Thank you. Phone number is 270-302-3587. I am now applying for disability due to changes in the migraines, Ptsd, Panic/anxiety attacks that has worsened since you left Owensboro.
Hi Rebecca,
Unfortunately, Dr. Sarkari is longer with Tidewell/Empath Health. We apologize for this inconvenience.
