The CEO of Empath Health in Clearwater has announced he’ll retire on Jan. 11 after a 40-year health care career. Rafael J. Sciullo joined the organization as Suncoast Hospice in 2013 and set out to create an integrated network of care focused on advanced, chronic and terminal illness, which led to the creation of Empath Health in 2014.
