The Leader in Experience Award is the highest recognition awarded by HCP and is given to select home care businesses that consistently rank among the very highest in 10 or more quality metrics. Empath Personal Care is the only local provider to receive this coveted award. In addition, the agency also recognized the Provider of Choice and Employer of Choice awards.

To qualify for this award providers must interview 10% of clients and caregivers, receive high client and caregiver satisfaction ratings in areas including caregiver training, compassion of caregivers, communication, scheduling, client/caregiver satisfaction and more. Using this feedback and quality benchmarks from HCP, Empath Personal Care’s management team set goals to reach the highest levels of experience.
