For a while now, we have been dealing with the added stress, concern and overall worry in our every day lives. If we zoom out and look at the whole picture, it can look and feel overwhelming. I ran across this quote recently from author, Karen Salmansohn, which seems to speak to the moment:
“Anxiety happens when you think you have to figure everything out all at once.
Breathe. You’re strong. You got this. Take it day by day.”
