Rabbi Hillel is quoted as saying, “Take care of yourself – you never know when the world will need you.” Ironically, it is so often those who are out there working to make the world a better place who neglect themselves! So our challenge this week is to get really focused and creative on self-care. What is it that totally replenishes you? Think of some ideas for both smaller and bigger amounts of time and get out your calendars and make it happen! Let’s take care of ourselves so that we have the resources to take excellent care of others.
