Suncoast Hospice Veteran to Veteran Volunteer Jim Blincoe honored hospice patient and fellow veteran Philip Ames with a special honor ceremony at the Nursing Home he lives in. Blincoe has also been named NHPCO’s We Honor Veteran Volunteer of the Year Award winner.
