One spiritual teacher once said, “The next message you need is always right where you are.” The opportunities that we seek and the lessons we must learn in order to become a stronger, kinder, more patient and loving person are embedded in the fabric of our own lives. We don’t need to meditate on a mountaintop in Tibet (although that would be pretty amazing, right?)
We need only to open our eyes and our hearts, moment by moment, to the miraculous unfolding of each day responding with integrity and compassion. When we truly do that, we will have our very own mountaintop experience!
